Thrid Generation Cefalosporine 

Compsotion: each vial contains

Cefotaxime sodium 5.2 g equivalant to 4 g cefotaxime base

Indications of Cefomed:

1. Cefomed recommended in avian chronic respiratory diseases
2. Used to control clostridial disease 
3. For treatment of E.coli, and Salmonella
4. For control of fowl cholera 

Dosage and Adminstration:

• Cefomed ready for intramusculare and Subcutanious  4-5 mg/ kg body weight
• In one day old chicks: 3 mg / chick/ S.c
